How long do custom orders take?

Standard custom orders take 10–14 business days from approval. More complex pieces or detailed personalisation may take up to 3 weeks. We'll always give you an accurate timeframe before you confirm.

Is the packaging truly discreet?

Yes, completely. All orders ship in plain brown or white boxes with no branding on the outside. The sender name on the label is a neutral business name. Your privacy is our priority.

Can I request a wood or leather not listed?

Absolutely. The listed materials are our core range, but we love working with special requests. Get in touch and we'll let you know what we can source.

What's the engraving character limit?

For paddle faces, up to 25 characters per side. For handles, up to 15 characters. Font choices available on request.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via tracked and insured post. Import duties may apply — these are the buyer's responsibility. We never falsify customs declarations.

What's your returns policy?

Standard items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
